As I opened the bottle, a light shown down from Heaven and cast a majestic glow over the pilsner glass I was pouring this beer into. I gazed up at the source of the light and there was St. Peter at the pearly gates looking down upon me. He was surrounded by Angels and they were singing a glorious chorus. And a peace fell across my world at that momment.
This may be my favorite beer from England. It's got some great hops, and some spice I can't quite make out. Iron Chef says it's a little nutty with it's full body. I lopve it and will rate it a 9.
Amen brother!
