Or at least it was. Cincinnati that is. I mean was literally blowin' in the freaking wind last Sunday. The entire city almost blew away with the hurricane force winds from Ike. It was nothing anyone had ever seen here. A hurricane in Cincinnati???

I consider myself lucky. I only had to go without electricity for 5 days. It's the people in Texas with no home to come to that have the real reasons to complain.

I just moved to the Houston area from Ohio. Ike got me twice, the bastard.
We had to vacate our League City, TX apartment (southeast of Houston, 4 miles from Kemah bay) for hurricane Ike. THEN, Ike went up into Ohio and blew the shingles off the house we are trying to sell!
